Our entire Desert Sage family and staff would like to take this opportunity to welcome you to our restaurant. We are extremely proud to be one of the recipients of the prestigious 2002 Wine Spectator Award of Excellence. This was amazing accomplishment due to the fact that we received this honor in our inaugural season.

At the Desert Sage, we are committed to the continuing development
of our wine lists to enhance the dining experience of our valued guests.
Our current lists this season have been expanded to over 300 selections
with a heavy emphasis on California wines. We will be featuring many
allocated wines with limited production from some of the finest winemakers
in the Napa Valley.
We are also very proud to present our new five-star Executive Chef, Jeffrey Russell to create the culinary creations to compliment your wine selections. He is truly amazing and the ability to obtain an Executive Chef of this caliber is a tribute to the dedication of our owners Steve and Kevin Fortun and their commitment to creating a world class dining experience for our guests at the Desert Sage.
